The goal of the EMNS E-Mail List is to improve communications between Emergency Management and the Community. To join our mailing list, please visit Alachua County Emergency Management web page and sign up for the list. This is not a list server. EMNS messages are generally sent only during business hours.

Caution: Please note that the EMNS E-Mail List should not be substituted for official warning information issued by the Office of Emergency Management or our local NWS offices, especially if you are making decisions about how or whether to protect lives or property.

For accurate, timely and official information please refer to your local National Weather Service radio broadcasts on NOAA Weather Radio, or to information provided by the local Emergency Alert System (EAS) on radio or TV stations or cable systems.
